Metering Feeders

The broad range of TUSA belt, reciprocating and vibrating feeders is masterfully completed by its metering feeders, designed to specifically adapt to the particular characteristics of the material being handled.

The feed flowrate can be regulated through the incorporation of a flow detection system or weighing scales in addition to an electronic frequency converter to control belt speed.

TUSA metering feeders are designed according to the use they will be given, and any problem of overloading or dosing control can be resolved at a low cost through our engineering department’s efficiency and expertise.

Our metering feeders have all the advantages of the equipment manufactured by TUSA : machined metal, convex-crown tension pulleys; drive pulleys with rubber lagging; shock-absorbing idlers on the carrying side; scrapers on both pulleys; guards and emergency pull cable switch.
